We talk about lucid dreaming and how it might relate to remote viewing, astral projection, and out-of-body experiences.

Robert Monroe whom founded the Monroe Institute discovered different levels of consciousness where we as spiritual beings can stay stable. He called them Focus 10, Focus 12 and many more.

Hemi-sync was invented by The Monroe Institute and is essentially a way to synchronize the two halves of our brain.

The CIA was trained in remote viewing at the Monroe Institute.

We share simple techniques on how to have lucid dreams.
